With the aim of  taking care of our territory, enhancing it through the restoration of buildings,  we are constantly looking for apartments in period structures that we can restore to new splendor.

Our interest is concentrated in the area of ​​the valley of the Elsa Senese river, which originates from the western side of the Montagnola Senese between Siena and Radicondoli, and borders to the west with the Val di Cecina in the Volterra area, to the east with the first offshoots of the Chianti, to to the south with the Val di Merse and to the north with the Valdarno.

 

We make these environments welcoming, tastefully renovated, we regenerate forgotten spaces into unique homes, bringing them back to their ancient splendor.
